Orders can be placed through:

• Our website by adding products to cart and completing checkout

An order is considered confirmed only after we verify product availability, confirm pricing, and send you an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
• The confirmed price at the time of order confirmation is the final price

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your order is delivered. Available for Lahore and most cities in Pakistan.
• JazzCash: Mobile wallet transfer to our registered JazzCash account
• EasyPaisa: Mobile wallet transfer to our registered EasyPaisa account
• Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer to our business account. Order is processed after payment confirmation.

Payment details will be shared upon order confirmation via WhatsApp.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• Free delivery within Lahore on all orders
• Delivery charges for outside Lahore will be communicated before order confirmation
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery

• All products carry the official brand/manufacturer warranty
• Warranty duration and coverage vary by brand and product category
• Warranty claims are handled through the respective brand's authorized service centers
• We assist customers in connecting with brand service centers for warranty claims
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, power surges, or unauthorized modifications

We offer 0% installment plans on select products, subject to:

• Valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) of the buyer
• Approval based on internal assessment
• A signed installment agreement
• Post-dated cheques or standing instructions as applicable

Terms and conditions of installment plans will be communicated separately at the time of purchase.

Azan Electronics shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, strikes, natural disasters, etc.)
• Product defects covered under brand warranty (claims to be directed to brand service centers)
• Damage caused by improper installation not performed by our team

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Azan Electronics or used with permission. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without our written consent is prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
